Ms. Autumn is a mentor and coach for Alabama’s Autism Initiative for Early Intervention where she trains other professionals on how to use Naturalistic Developmental Behavior Interventions for children with characteristics of Autism and service provision for children with delays in social communication.
With Ms. Autumn's degree, additional certifications, abundant of knowledge, and "go-getter" personality she brings life to reality! She makes things happen! She's the real boss lady, and to know her is to love her! Ms. Autumn works extra hours that no one sees, and she is constantly looking out for everyone she loves including all her employees, her family, her "babies/kids", and their families! She really enjoys work, but in her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband (Shane), family, and dogs (Birdie and Red Dog). She also loves to travel and she loves to read and paint while sitting on her back deck or in the sand listening to the ocean waves at the beach!

Her professional career began 22 years ago as a Speech therapist in the school systems at Oxford City Schools. She then expanded her career and started working early intervention and outpatient! TEAM For Kids is lucky to have Ms. Blaklie as she travels from Attalla to be with us bringing her spunky personality and impeccable knowledge to the outpatient clinic!

Ms. Allie is married to Jake, and they have two amazing kids, Bo Briggs (7) and Baby Sutton 7 (5)! Living life to the fullest is her dream and happiness is a requirement! Utilizing her knowledge and skills to help children reach their milestones and goals, as well as assisting parents along the way, are big contributions to the job that she desires!
